Typically, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, representing their profit margin. This market, however, is driven by the collective wisdom of traders, potentially leading to more accurate probabilities, especially as more information becomes available. It’s common to see discrepancies between the two, as sportsbooks may react more slowly to new information or have different risk assessments. Examining both can provide a more comprehensive view of the likely outcome.

Traders holding shares in the winning outcome will be paid out according to the final market price at the time of resolution, while those holding shares in the losing outcome will forfeit their investment.
Several factors could influence this market before it resolves. Any news regarding player injuries, changes in playing conditions, or updates on team strategies could shift trader sentiment. Unexpected results in related matches, or even broader trends in tennis performance, might also play a role. Significant betting activity, particularly large trades, can also cause noticeable price movements. Monitoring these signals and staying informed about the players and the tournament will be key to understanding potential shifts in this market.
