On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information emerges, the price fluctuates, reflecting the collective intelligence of the crowd. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market odds are constantly updated and responsive to changing conditions. The current implied probability of a particular player winning is reflected in the share price.

The final result will determine which shares payout, and the value of those shares at resolution will reflect the accuracy of the market’s predictions. This ensures a transparent and verifiable outcome.
Several factors could influence the price of shares in this market. Any news regarding player injuries, changes in playing conditions, or unexpected upsets in other matches could all shift the perceived probabilities. Real-time updates during the match itself, such as a player gaining an early lead or facing a difficult set, will likely cause significant price movements. Additionally, large trading volume from informed participants could signal a shift in sentiment and drive price changes. Monitoring these signals will be key to understanding how this market evolves before it resolves.
