On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, the price increases, reflecting a higher perceived probability. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market's price is determined by supply and demand; if more people believe Jim Hendrikx will win, the price of shares representing that outcome will rise. Conversely, if sentiment shifts towards Gabrielius Guzauskas, the price of his shares will increase.

Any news regarding player injuries, changes in playing conditions, or significant shifts in expert opinions could impact trader sentiment. Unexpected upsets in other matches featuring these players, or even broader trends in tennis performance, could also play a role.
