Typically, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, aiming to profit regardless of the outcome. This market, however, is driven by the collective wisdom of traders, theoretically leading to more accurate probabilities. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, risk assessments, or simply variations in market participants. If you find significant differences between this market and sportsbook odds, it could signal an opportunity for informed traders to capitalize on perceived mispricings.
