On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as determined by supply and demand. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders who believe an outcome will happen, the higher the share price will climb, and conversely, if sentiment shifts, the price will fall. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the collective intelligence of participants.
This market resolves around Sep 27, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Morag vs Elesin match, as declared by the governing tennis body. Any disputes or challenges to the official result will be considered according to the platform’s standard procedures, but the initial official declaration will serve as the primary basis for determining the winning outcome in this market.
Several factors could influence the price of this market before resolution. Any news regarding player form, injuries to either Snir Morag or Makar Elesin, or changes in playing conditions could all shift trader sentiment. Unexpected results in other matches involving these players, or even broader trends in tennis performance, could also impact the market. Significant betting activity or large trades on Polymarket itself can also create price movements, reflecting shifts in perceived probabilities as the event draws closer.
