On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous trading mechanism where participants buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of these shares directly reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, indicating a higher perceived probability. Conversely, selling pressure drives the price down. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market odds are constantly updated based on the collective intelligence of the traders involved.
This market resolves around Sep 10, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Lyman vs. Kuzmenko match, as determined by the governing sporting body. The platform will then verify the outcome against these sources to determine which shares will pay out. Traders who correctly predicted the result will receive a payout based on the final market price at the time of resolution, while those who bet on the incorrect outcome will forfeit their shares.
Several factors could influence the price movement of this market before Sep 10, 2026. Any news regarding player injuries, changes in coaching strategies, or unexpected performance in preceding matches could shift trader sentiment. Publicly available analysis from sports commentators and experts could also impact the market, as traders incorporate this information into their predictions.
