This market tracks which team will score the opening goal in an upcoming professional soccer match. It includes scenarios where either team might score first or if no goal is scored at all during the game.

Kalshi

The event determines which team, if any, scores the first goal in the specified MLS soccer match between Los Angeles Galaxy and Colorado Rapids. If Los Angeles Galaxy scores the first goal at any point during regulation, stoppage, or extra time, their market resolves to Yes. Similarly, if Colorado Rapids scores the first goal under the same conditions, their market resolves to Yes. If neither team scores any goals throughout the entire match, the 'No Goal' market resolves to Yes. Own goals are resolved based on the team awarded the goal.
