The event consists of multiple markets, each centered on whether specific players record a minimum number of hits in a designated baseball game. For each market, if the named player records the specified number of hits or more during the game, the market resolves to Yes; otherwise, it resolves to No. All markets share consistent secondary rules regarding player participation and settlement criteria: if a player is scratched, not in the starting lineup, or fails to record a plate appearance, the market resolves to the fair market price. If a player enters the game later (not as a starter) or as a pinch hitter, the market also resolves to the fair market price, with pinch-hit at-bats excluded from consideration. Only players who are in the starting lineup and record at least one plate appearance contribute to the settlement of their respective markets, which is determined solely by the hits they accumulate during their active participation.
