If the game is called before the 9th inning is fully completed, it will resolve to a Fair Price. The resolution considers runs scored in the 9th inning even if the home team does not bat in the bottom half, provided the inning is not incomplete due to an early game cancellation. All outcomes—Los Angeles A winning the 9th inning, Texas winning the 9th inning, or a tie—are determined purely by comparing 9th-inning runs, with no regard to earlier innings' performance.
