If a player is scratched, not in the starting lineup, or records no plate appearances, all relevant markets for that player resolve to the fair market price, regardless of later entry or pinch-hitting appearances. Only RBIs from starts and plate appearances count toward settlement; pinch hits are explicitly excluded. The settlement hinges strictly on the player's in-game performance under these conditions, with no alternative resolutions outside the defined participation and statistical criteria.
