Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.

Frequently asked questions

Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of forecasters, and can sometimes diverge from those offered by traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and to balance action, while this market is driven purely by individuals willing to put their money behind their beliefs. It’s common to see prediction markets incorporate information and perspectives that sportsbooks might overlook, potentially leading to different probabilities assigned to the same event. Examining the difference can reveal where the crowd disagrees with professional oddsmakers.

On Limitless, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders can buy and sell contracts representing their belief about whether Lorient and Toulouse both score. The price of a contract fluctuates based on supply and demand; if more people believe both teams will score, the price increases, and vice versa. On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. This dynamic pricing mechanism allows the market to quickly incorporate new information and adjust its assessment of the likelihood of the event. The current price reflects the aggregated sentiment of all traders on the platform.

This market resolves around Sep 13, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will depend on whether both Lorient and Toulouse score at least one goal during the match. Official match data will be used to determine if both teams have found the back of the net, and this information will be used to settle the market. The result will be based on the official game statistics, ensuring a transparent and verifiable outcome for all participants.

Several factors could influence the price of this market before the match concludes. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Lorient or Toulouse would likely have a significant impact. Tactical changes announced by either manager, or updates on team form and recent performance, could also shift trader sentiment. Even weather conditions on match day could play a role, as they can affect the style of play and goal-scoring opportunities. A late surge in betting activity driven by new information could also cause noticeable price movements in this market.
