Description

This market refers to the LoL match between Weibo Gaming and Anyone's Legend in the LPL Group Ascend, initially scheduled for April 25 at 7:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "Weibo Gaming" if Weibo Gaming win the match against Anyone's Legend. This market will resolve to "Anyone's Legend" if Anyone's Legend win the match against Weibo Gaming. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

Both Kalshi and Polymarket apply consistent resolution logic across all markets: games must be completed and played (not forfeited/defaulted), match cancellation or delay beyond 7 days triggers 50-50 resolution, and official gol.gg data is the primary source with credible reporting as fallback within 2 hours.

Primary resolution logic:

Official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home; credible reporting consensus (including video evidence) if gol.gg has not published within 2 hours of event conclusion.

Core resolution logic:

  • Match-level markets (Series Winner, O/U 2.5 Games, Handicap) resolve based on completed match outcome; forfeits/walkovers/disqualifications before series completion trigger 50-50.
  • Game-specific markets (Game 1/2/3 Winner, objective markets) resolve 50-50 if the game is not played, forfeited, or the series clinches before that game is needed.
  • Objective markets (Dragons, Baron, Inhibitors, Kills, Penta/Quadra Kills) require the game to be completed; if a game surrenders before the condition is met, the market resolves NO (or 50-50 if game never played).
  • Odd/Even Kill markets resolve 50-50 if no kills are recorded or if the game is not played.
  • Match cancellation, tie, or delay beyond 7 days without a winner determined triggers 50-50 across all markets.
  • If a match begins but is incomplete and one team wins via opponent forfeiture/disqualification/walkover, match-level markets resolve 50-50; however, if the clinching game is forfeited, that counts as a completed match.
  • Remade games are resolved based on the remade game only.

Edge cases & Clarifications:

  • Series Clinch Before Game Completion: If a team clinches the series before Game 2 or Game 3 is needed, those game-specific markets resolve 50-50. However, if the clinching game itself is forfeited, it still counts as a completed match for series-level resolution.
  • Incomplete Game with Surrender: If a game begins but ends via surrender before an objective condition is met (e.g., both teams slay Baron), the market resolves NO for that objective. If no progress toward the condition occurred, it resolves NO, not 50-50.
  • Game Remake: If a game is remade, all resolution is based on the remade game only; the original game is disregarded.
  • Execution vs. Champion Kill: For kill-count markets (Odd/Even Total Kills), only champion-to-champion kills count; executions to turrets, minions, or neutral monsters do not count.
  • Penta Kill Includes Quadra: A Penta Kill (5 enemy champions killed) satisfies the Quadra Kill market condition (4+ kills in rapid succession).

Timing:

Resolution occurs upon official gol.gg publication of match results; if gol.gg does not publish within 2 hours of event conclusion, credible reporting consensus (including video evidence) may be used. Match must be completed and played (not forfeited/defaulted before series end) for non-50-50 resolution.
