This market refers to the LoL match between VfB eSports and Eintracht Frankfurt in the Prime League 1st Division Regular Season, initially scheduled for July 9 at 3:00PM ET. This market will resolve to "VfB eSports" if VfB eSports win the match against Eintracht Frankfurt. This market will resolve to "Eintracht Frankfurt" if Eintracht Frankfurt win the match against VfB eSports. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets aggregate beliefs from traders risking real capital on outcomes. This market may show tighter or wider spreads than traditional sportsbooks depending on liquidity and the confidence of participants. Comparing the two can reveal where one venue sees value the other has missed, though prediction markets typically converge toward consensus as resolution nears.
On Polymarket, traders set prices by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker system. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current implied probability reflects the balance of buy and sell orders, with prices adjusting continuously as new trades occur. Shares cost between 0 and 1 dollar, and you profit if your chosen outcome resolves to yes. Liquidity and trading volume influence how quickly prices move, so markets with deeper order books tend to have tighter bid-ask spreads and more stable pricing.
This market resolves around Jul 10, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome will reflect which team wins the best-of-one encounter in the Prime League 1st Division Regular Season. Resolution occurs after official confirmation, ensuring accuracy and fairness to all traders. Any delays in reporting may extend the resolution window, but the market will settle as soon as the verified result is available.
Team roster changes, player injuries, recent performance trends, and head-to-head matchup history can all shift market odds before the match begins. Announcements about coaching decisions or strategic adjustments may trigger repricing as traders reassess win probabilities. Betting activity from sharp bettors or large traders can also move prices significantly. Additionally, any news affecting either organization's competitive standing or morale in the league could influence how the market prices their chances going into this fixture.
