Description

This market refers to the LoL match between Team WE and Ninjas in Pyjamas in the LPL Group Ascend, initially scheduled for April 4 at 7:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "Team WE" if Team WE win the match against Ninjas in Pyjamas. This market will resolve to "Ninjas in Pyjamas" if Ninjas in Pyjamas win the match against Team WE. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence.

PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Divergence Detected

Issue:

Kalshi's resolution logic is fundamentally broken and contradictory: both outcomes (Ninjas in Pyjamas wins OR Team WE wins) resolve to Yes, making the market logically unresolvable. Polymarket provides coherent, game-specific resolution criteria across multiple markets with clear winner determination and fallback rules.

Hero Tip:

Do not trade on Kalshi's match-winner market—it contains a logical contradiction that makes settlement impossible. All meaningful trading should occur on Polymarket, which has properly structured markets with clear resolution paths for the series outcome, individual game winners, and in-game events.

Critical Divergence Points:

  • Kalshi:

Outlier: Kalshi's market states 'If Ninjas in Pyjamas wins the LPL 2026 match... then the market resolves to Yes' AND 'If Team WE wins the LPL 2026 match... then the market resolves to Yes.' This creates a logical impossibility where both mutually exclusive outcomes resolve to the same result, rendering the market unresolvable. No NO resolution condition is defined.
  • Polymarket:

Aligned with coherent resolution standards: Polymarket provides multiple well-structured markets including series winner (Team WE vs Ninjas in Pyjamas), individual game winners (Game 1, Game 2, Game 3), and in-game events (dragons, barons, kills, penta kills). Each market has explicit YES/NO outcomes, clear fallback rules for cancellation/delay/forfeit (50-50 resolution), and consistent primary source (gol.gg/esports/home with 2-hour credible reporting backup). Example: 'This market will resolve to Team WE if Team WE win the match against Ninjas in Pyjamas. This market will resolve to Ninjas in Pyjamas if Ninjas in Pyjamas win the match against Team WE.'
