Description

This market refers to the LoL match between Team Secret Whales and Ground Zero Gaming in the LCP Regular Season, initially scheduled for April 25 at 7:30AM ET. This market will resolve to "Team Secret Whales" if Team Secret Whales win the match against Ground Zero Gaming. This market will resolve to "Ground Zero Gaming" if Ground Zero Gaming win the match against Team Secret Whales. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

Both Kalshi and Polymarket use identical resolution logic: markets resolve based on official gol.gg data within 2 hours of event conclusion, with consistent handling of forfeits, walkovers, delays beyond 7 days, and incomplete matches.

Primary resolution logic:

Official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home, with fallback to consensus of credible reporting and video evidence if gol.gg does not publish within 2 hours of event conclusion.

Core resolution logic:

  • Series winner market resolves to the team that wins the best-of-3 match; if match is canceled, ends in tie, or delayed beyond 7 days without completion, resolves 50-50.
  • Games Total (O/U 2.5) resolves Over if 3+ games are played, Under if fewer than 3 games are played; forfeits/walkovers/defaults count if match is completed; if match is canceled, ends in tie, or delayed beyond 7 days, resolves 50-50.
  • Individual game winner markets resolve to the team winning that specific game; if game is not completed for any reason, resolves 50-50.
  • Game-specific stat markets (kills, inhibitors, dragons, baron, quadra/penta kills, first blood) resolve based on in-game events prior to stoppage; if game is never played due to forfeit/walkover or series clinches before game is needed, resolves 50-50.
  • Odd/Even kills markets resolve 50-50 if no kills are recorded or game is canceled/delayed beyond 7 days.
  • Handicap market (TSW -1.5) resolves to TSW if they win 2+ more games than Ground Zero Gaming; forfeits/walkovers count if match is completed; if match is canceled, ends in tie, or delayed beyond 7 days, resolves 50-50.
  • All markets use gol.gg as primary source; if gol.gg does not publish within 2 hours, credible reporting consensus and video evidence are acceptable fallback sources.

Edge cases & Clarifications:

  • Match Forfeiture or Walkover: If match ends via forfeit, disqualification, or walkover before play begins, series winner and game-specific markets resolve 50-50. If match begins and one team forfeits mid-series, the clinching game forfeiture counts as a completed match for series and handicap resolution. Games Total resolves based on games actually played before stoppage.
  • Series Clinch Before Game Played: If a team clinches the series before Game 2 or Game 3 is needed (e.g., 2-0 lead in BO3), those unplayed games resolve 50-50 for all game-specific markets (winner, stats, kills, objectives).
  • Game Remake: If a game is remade, resolution is based on the remade game only. For first blood markets, if first blood occurred prior to remake, that result stands; otherwise resolution is based on remade game.
  • Incomplete Game with Surrender: If a game begins but is not completed and ends via surrender, stat markets (kills, inhibitors, dragons, baron, quadra/penta kills) resolve based on in-game events prior to stoppage. If the condition was not met before surrender, market resolves to the negative outcome (No/Under).
  • Delay Beyond 7 Days: If match is delayed beyond 7 days from scheduled date (April 25, 2026 at 7:30 AM EDT) without a winner determined, all markets resolve 50-50.

Timing:

Resolution occurs upon official publication of results on gol.gg within 2 hours of event conclusion. If gol.gg does not publish within 2 hours, credible reporting consensus and video evidence may be used. Series winner resolves upon completion of the best-of-3 match. Individual game markets resolve upon completion of that specific game.
