This market refers to the LoL match between Team Orange Gaming and BIG in the Prime League 1st Division Regular Season, initially scheduled for July 9 at 2:00PM ET. This market will resolve to "Team Orange Gaming" if Team Orange Gaming win the match against BIG. This market will resolve to "BIG" if BIG win the match against Team Orange Gaming. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance liability and extract margin, while prediction markets aggregate distributed trader beliefs in real time. This market may show materially different probabilities than major esports sportsbooks, especially as new information emerges or as the event approaches. Comparing the two can reveal where consensus is strongest and where informed traders see edge.
On Polymarket, traders set the price by buying and selling outcome shares, with the current market price reflecting the collective probability estimate. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more capital flowing into one outcome, the higher its price climbs; conversely, skepticism drives prices lower. This continuous auction mechanism means the odds you see represent real money at stake, not algorithmic or house-set lines. Liquidity depth and order flow patterns can reveal conviction strength among participants.
This market resolves around Jul 10, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result will reflect which team wins the best-of-one match in the Prime League 1st Division Regular Season. Resolution timing depends on when the match concludes and the result is officially published by the league or trusted esports news sources. Traders should monitor for any schedule changes or postponements that could shift the resolution window.
Team roster changes, player substitutions, or injury announcements can shift odds significantly before the match begins. Recent performance trends, head-to-head records, and meta shifts in League of Legends patch notes may influence trader positioning. Betting action from professional esports analysts or community figures can also trigger price swings. As the match date approaches, any official league communications about format changes or venue updates could impact market sentiment and liquidity.
