Description

This market refers to the LoL match between Team Heretics and Movistar KOI in the LEC Regular Season, initially scheduled for April 19 at 1:15PM ET. This market will resolve to "Team Heretics" if Team Heretics win the match against Movistar KOI. This market will resolve to "Movistar KOI" if Movistar KOI win the match against Team Heretics. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

Both Polymarket and Kalshi use identical resolution logic: Polymarket resolves the series based on official gol.gg data with a 2-hour fallback to credible reporting, while Kalshi's single market (O/U 2.5 maps) applies the same gol.gg source and timing standards, ensuring consistent treatment across platforms.

Primary resolution logic:

Official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home; if unavailable within 2 hours of event conclusion, consensus of credible reporting including video evidence.

Core resolution logic:

  • All markets resolve based on the actual outcome of the Team Heretics vs Movistar KOI BO3 series as recorded on gol.gg.
  • Series-level markets (Match Winner, Games Total O/U 2.5, Game Handicap) resolve YES/NO based on final series result (2-0, 2-1, or 1-2 outcomes).
  • Game-specific markets (Game 1/2/3 Winner, Objectives, Kills, Multikills) resolve based on the outcome and statistics of the individual game played.
  • If the match is canceled entirely, delayed beyond 7 days without completion, or ends in a tie, all markets resolve 50-50.
  • If a game is not played due to series clinch, forfeit, disqualification, or walkover, game-specific markets resolve 50-50; series-level markets count forfeited games toward the total.
  • If a game begins but does not complete via surrender, objective/kill/multikill markets resolve based on data recorded prior to stoppage; if the condition was not met, markets resolve NO.
  • If a game is remade, resolution is based on the remade game only.
  • Kalshi's O/U 2.5 maps market resolves YES if 3 or more games are played; otherwise resolves NO, using identical source and timing as Polymarket.

Edge cases & Clarifications:

  • Series Clinch Before Game 3: If one team wins 2-0, Game 3 is not played. Game 3-specific markets resolve 50-50. Series-level markets (Match Winner, Games Total O/U 2.5) resolve based on the 2-0 result. Games Total O/U 2.5 resolves to Under (2 games played).
  • Forfeit or Walkover Mid-Series: If a team forfeits after Game 1 or Game 2 has begun and concluded, that completed game's statistics are used for game-specific markets. If a game is forfeited before completion, game-specific markets for that game resolve 50-50. Series-level markets count the forfeited game toward the total and resolve based on the final series outcome.
  • Remake of a Game: If a game is remade (e.g., due to technical issue), all resolution for that game is based on the remade game only. Statistics from the original game are disregarded.
  • Surrender Before Objective Completion: If a game ends via surrender before both teams have slain a dragon, baron, or inhibitor, objective markets (Both Teams Slay Dragon, Both Teams Slay Baron, Both Teams Destroy Inhibitors) resolve NO. Multikill markets resolve based on kills recorded prior to surrender; if no multikill occurred, they resolve NO.
  • No Kills Recorded in a Game: If a game completes with zero total kills, Odd/Even Total Kills markets resolve 50-50. Total Kills Over/Under markets resolve 50-50 only if the game is canceled or delayed beyond 7 days; if the game is completed with zero kills, Over resolves NO and Under resolves YES.

Timing:

Resolution occurs upon official publication on gol.gg within 2 hours of event conclusion; if gol.gg does not publish within 2 hours, credible reporting consensus (including video evidence) is used as fallback. For game-specific markets, resolution timing is tied to completion of that individual game.
