Description

This market refers to the LoL match between Skillcamp Esport and Solary in the LFL Regular Season, initially scheduled for April 17 at 12:00PM ET. This market will resolve to "Skillcamp Esport" if Skillcamp Esport win the match against Solary. This market will resolve to "Solary" if Solary win the match against Skillcamp Esport. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Divergence Detected

Issue:

Polymarket includes detailed game-specific resolution conditions (forfeit, surrender, remake, delay rules) with 50-50 fallbacks, while Kalshi uses a simplified binary outcome (Yes if either team wins). The scope and granularity of edge-case handling differ significantly between platforms.

Hero Tip:

If you trade on Polymarket, your resolution is protected by explicit forfeit/delay/remake rules that default to 50-50 in ambiguous scenarios. On Kalshi, the market resolves Yes if either team wins, with no published edge-case handling—meaning ambiguous outcomes (cancellation, delay beyond 7 days, walkover) may lack clear resolution guidance. Avoid Kalshi if match cancellation or extended delay is a concern.

Critical Divergence Points:

  • Polymarket: Six distinct markets covering match winner, penta/quadra kills, baron/dragon/inhibitor objectives, and kill parity. Each includes comprehensive edge-case rules: cancellation or delay beyond 7 days resolves 50-50; forfeit/walkover/disqualification resolves 50-50; surrender resolves based on state at stoppage; remakes resolve on remade game only. Primary source is gol.gg with 2-hour fallback to credible reporting. Quote: 'If the match is canceled (not played at all) or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50.'
  • Kalshi: Single binary market: resolves Yes if Skillcamp Esport wins OR if Solary wins. No published edge-case handling for cancellation, delay, forfeit, walkover, or remake scenarios. No explicit resolution source or fallback procedure specified. Quote: 'If Skillcamp Esport wins the LFL 2026: Solary vs. Skillcamp Esport League of Legends match originally scheduled for Apr 17, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT, then the market resolves to Yes. If Solary wins the LFL 2026: Solary vs. Skillcamp Esport League of Legends match originally scheduled for Apr 17, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT, then the market resolves to Yes.'
