Core resolution logic:

  • Match results resolve to the winning team unless canceled, incomplete, or unresolved after 7 days (then 50-50)
  • Game-specific markets resolve based on completed games; incomplete games resolve to 50-50
  • Team name variations are accepted if clearly identifiable as the participating team
  • Cancellations, forfeits, and walkovers resolve to 50-50 unless a winner is officially declared

Edge cases & clarifications:

  • Match Cancellation: All markets resolve to 50-50 if the match is canceled before play begins or delayed beyond 7 days without a winner
  • Incomplete Game: Game-specific markets resolve to 50-50 if the game is not completed, unless the market condition is already met before stoppage
  • Team Name Discrepancy: Markets resolve based on the underlying real-world match regardless of minor name variations, provided the team can be clearly identified
Timing: Markets resolve within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, using official results from gol.gg or credible reporting including video evidenceOur PredictionHero Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA) are there to help users identify potential differences across platforms. They do not replace or supersede the official rules and description of any prediction market. This market will resolve to "SK Gaming" if SK Gaming win the match against G2 Esports. This market will resolve to "G2 Esports" if G2 Esports win the match against SK Gaming. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50.
