Description

This market refers to the LoL match between MVK Esports and GAM Esports in the LCP Regular Season, initially scheduled for April 11 at 7:30AM ET. This market will resolve to "MVK Esports" if MVK Esports win the match against GAM Esports. This market will resolve to "GAM Esports" if GAM Esports win the match against MVK Esports. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Divergence Detected

Issue:

Kalshi and Polymarket resolve fundamentally different events. Kalshi resolves on the outcome of the LCP 2026 season (winner of the league), while Polymarket resolves on specific game-level outcomes (Game 1 winner, Game 2 winner, inhibitor destruction, kill counts, objective control, and multi-kill events). These are incompatible resolution scopes.

Hero Tip:

Do not cross-trade between Kalshi and Polymarket markets in this group. Kalshi's YES condition (either team winning the LCP 2026) is structurally different from Polymarket's game-specific markets. A Kalshi YES does not predict any Polymarket outcome, and vice versa. Treat these as separate event universes.

Critical Divergence Points:

  • Kalshi: Outlier: Kalshi resolves on the winner of the LCP 2026 season championship, not the specific match outcome. The market states 'If MVK Esports wins the LCP 2026... then the market resolves to Yes' and 'If GAM Esports wins the LCP 2026... then the market resolves to Yes.' This means both outcomes resolve YES, making the market logically incoherent as a binary prediction on the match itself. The resolution source is unspecified beyond the match date (April 11, 2026 at 7:30 AM EDT).
  • Polymarket: Aligned with match-level resolution: Polymarket resolves on granular game-specific outcomes (Game 1 winner, Game 2 winner, Game 3 winner, inhibitor destruction, dragon/baron control, kill counts, multi-kill events, first blood, series winner, and games-played total). Each market has explicit resolution criteria tied to in-game events. Primary source is https://gol.gg/esports/home with a 2-hour publication window before fallback to credible reporting and video evidence. Example: 'This market will resolve to MVK Esports if MVK Esports win Game 1 against GAM Esports.'
