This market tracks whether any player on either LGD Gaming or FlyQuest achieves a quadra kill—four or more kills without dying—during Game 1 of their Demacia Cup Global Invitational Group Stage match. Currently, Polymarket gives a 100.0% probability to this outcome. Resolution will be based on data from https://gol.gg/esports/home. Keep an eye on the start of the match itself on October 3, 2026, as the initial gameplay will quickly indicate whether a quadra kill is likely to occur during Game 1.
This market refers to the LoL Round 1 match between LGD Gaming and FlyQuest in the Demacia Cup Global Invitational Group Stage, initially scheduled for October 3, 2026 at 6:00 AM ET. This market will resolve to "LGD Gaming" if LGD Gaming win the match against FlyQuest. This market will resolve to "FlyQuest" if FlyQuest win the match against LGD Gaming. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or ends in a tie, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before October 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of October 3, 2026 at 6:00 AM ET). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.
Prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially differing from sportsbook odds due to varying information and incentives. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and ensure profit, while this market allows traders to directly express their beliefs about the outcome. If a significant discrepancy exists between the two, opportunities for arbitrage may arise. However, it's important to remember that both represent probabilities, and neither guarantees the actual result of the LGD Gaming vs FlyQuest match.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and express their views, the price adjusts to reflect the collective assessment. Currently, the market is driven by the expectations of those actively trading shares, and the price is influenced by factors like team performance, player form, and recent match results.
This market resolves around Oct 3, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the LGD Gaming vs FlyQuest best-of-one match in the Demacia Cup Global Invitational Group Stage. The platform will verify the result against publicly available data to determine which team emerged victorious and settle the market accordingly. Traders should monitor official League of Legends esports channels for the final result.
Several factors could influence the price of this market before resolution. Any news regarding player availability, such as injuries or visa issues, would likely cause significant movement. Unexpected announcements about team strategies or roster changes could also impact trader sentiment. Furthermore, the performance of LGD Gaming and FlyQuest in other matches leading up to the event, or any shifts in public perception of their relative strengths, could all contribute to price fluctuations in this market.
