Description

This market refers to the LoL match between HANJIN BRION and Gen.G in the LCK Rounds 1-2, initially scheduled for April 16 at 4:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "HANJIN BRION" if HANJIN BRION win the match against Gen.G. This market will resolve to "Gen.G" if Gen.G win the match against HANJIN BRION. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

Both Polymarket and Kalshi resolve based on the outcome of the LoL match between HANJIN BRION and Gen.G scheduled for April 16, 2026 at 4:00 AM EDT, with consistent treatment of forfeits, disqualifications, and incomplete matches.

Primary resolution logic:

Official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home, with fallback to credible reporting and video evidence if results are not published within 2 hours of event conclusion.

Core resolution logic:

  • Match winner resolves based on the team that wins the best-of-3 series.
  • Games won by forfeit, disqualification, walkover, or default count toward the series total if the match is completed.
  • If the match is canceled, ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days without a winner determined, markets resolve 50-50.
  • If the match begins but is not completed and one team wins due to opponent forfeiture/disqualification/walkover, the winning team resolves YES (except for pre-start forfeits, which resolve 50-50).
  • Individual game markets (Game 1, Game 2, Game 3) resolve based on that specific game's outcome; if a game is not played because the series is already clinched, those game-specific markets resolve 50-50.
  • Game-specific objective markets (dragons, barons, inhibitors, kills, penta/quadra kills) resolve 50-50 if the game is never played or not completed, and resolve based on in-game data prior to stoppage if the game is incomplete but has a winner.
  • Odd/Even kill markets resolve 50-50 if no kills are recorded or if the game is not played.

Edge cases & Clarifications:

  • Series Clinch Before Game 3: If a team wins 2-0, Game 3 is not played. All Game 3-specific markets (winner, objectives, kills) resolve 50-50 per both platforms' rules.
  • Game Remake: If a game is remade, resolution is based on the remade game only. Any data from the original game prior to remake is disregarded for objective and kill markets.
  • Incomplete Game with Surrender: If a game begins but ends via surrender before completion, objective and kill markets resolve based on whether the condition was met prior to stoppage. If the condition was not met, markets resolve NO (not 50-50).
  • Forfeit at Series Start: If a team forfeits before the match begins (pre-start forfeit), the series market resolves 50-50 per Polymarket rules. If the match begins and one team forfeits mid-series, the winning team resolves YES.
  • First Blood Non-Occurrence: If a game is completed but first blood never occurs, the first blood market for that game resolves 50-50.

Timing:

Resolution occurs upon official publication of results on gol.gg within 2 hours of event conclusion. If gol.gg does not publish within 2 hours, credible reporting and video evidence may be used. Series resolution is final upon determination of the match winner; individual game markets resolve upon completion of each respective game.
