Core resolution logic:

  • Series winner (Gen.G vs BNK FEARX) resolves to the team winning 3 games in the best-of-5

  • First blood markets resolve to the team securing first blood if the game is completed; if game incomplete before first blood occurs, market resolves 50-50; if game completed without first blood, market resolves 50-50
  • Kill total markets (over/under thresholds) resolve based on total kills in the completed game; incomplete games resolve 50-50
  • Series length markets (O/U 3.5, O/U 4.5) count games played including forfeits/walkovers, provided the match is completed; incomplete matches resolve 50-50
  • Game handicap markets (Gen.G -1.5, -2.5) count game differential; incomplete matches resolve 50-50
  • If match is canceled entirely, delayed beyond 7 days without play, or ends in forfeit/walkover before play begins, all markets resolve 50-50
  • If match begins but is not completed, game-specific markets resolve based on what occurred; series-level markets resolve 50-50 unless one team has already clinched
  • Remade games use only the remade game's data for resolution; pre-remake data is discarded

Edge cases & clarifications:

  • Incomplete Game: If a game begins but does not finish (technical issue, pause not resumed), game-specific markets (kills, first blood, game winner) resolve 50-50. Series-level markets resolve 50-50 unless the series is already decided.
  • Forfeit or Walkover: If a team forfeits or walks over before the match begins, all markets resolve 50-50. If a forfeit occurs mid-series after at least one game is completed, the series winner resolves to the team that wins by forfeit; game-specific markets for the forfeited game resolve 50-50.
  • Remade Game: If a game is remade (e.g., due to technical failure), first blood resolution uses pre-remake data if first blood occurred before the remake; otherwise, it uses remade game data. Kill totals and game winner use remade game data only.
  • Delay Beyond 7 Days: If the match is delayed more than 7 days from the scheduled February 21 date without a winner determined, all markets resolve 50-50.
  • No First Blood in Completed Game: If a game is completed but no first blood occurs (extremely rare), first blood markets for that game resolve 50-50.
Timing: Resolution occurs upon completion of the match (when one team wins 3 games) or upon determination that the match will not be completed. Game-specific markets resolve as soon as the individual game concludes.
