On Polymarket and Predict, prices can vary due to differences in user bases, liquidity depth, and market design. Polymarket and Predict can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. For example, one venue might attract more fans of a specific team, skewing its odds toward that side. Additionally, differing fee structures or order-book dynamics can amplify small shifts in trading activity, leading to visible gaps between the two platforms' implied probabilities for the same event.
Key signals that could shift this market include player injuries or roster swaps announced before game day, as well as early-game performance in the series itself. A dominant first-map win by either side may cause rapid re-pricing, while commentary from coaches or analysts hinting at strategic adjustments can also sway trader sentiment on Polymarket and Predict alike.
