This event group covers the League of Legends match between FURIA Esports and RED Canids in the CBLOL Playoffs. Markets include overall match winner, individual game winners, and various in-game events like Baron Nashor kills and inhibitor destructions. The event is scheduled for September 6, 2026, with a potential reschedule window.
This market refers to the LoL Upper Bracket Quarterfinals 1 match between FURIA Esports and RED Canids in the CBLOL Playoffs, initially scheduled for September 6, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET. This market will resolve to "FURIA Esports" if FURIA Esports win the match against RED Canids. This market will resolve to "RED Canids" if RED Canids win the match against FURIA Esports. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or ends in a tie, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before September 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of September 6, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.
The event evaluates two separate conditions regarding the total number of maps played in the RED Canids vs. FURIA Esports League of Legends match scheduled for September 6, 2026. The first condition resolves positively if more than 3.5 maps are played, essentially meaning four or more maps occur during the match. The second condition is more stringent, resolving positively only if more than 4.5 maps are played, meaning five or more maps are required for a positive outcome. Both conditions share the same secondary disclaimer, emphasizing that the platform is not officially connected with the governing league and that all trademarks belong to their respective owners. The event thus offers two distinct thresholds for determining the match's length, allowing participants to speculate on different levels of competitive extension.

Prediction market odds, like those found on Polymarket and Predict, often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and aim to balance action on both sides, while prediction markets allow participants to freely express their beliefs. This can lead to discrepancies, especially when there’s significant public information or disagreement about the likely outcome of this market. While not always the case, prediction markets can sometimes provide more accurate forecasts due to the incentive structure and diverse viewpoints.
Prices on Polymarket and Predict can diverge due to several factors. Polymarket and Predict can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Each platform has its own user base with varying expertise and risk tolerance, which influences trading activity. Furthermore, different platforms may have different fee structures or liquidity levels, impacting price discovery. Currently, Polymarket currently favors Game 4: Any Player Penta Kill? at 99, while Predict leans toward LoL: FURIA Esports vs RED Canids - Game 3 Winner. These differences highlight how distinct communities can interpret the same event differently, leading to varied probabilities in this market.
Several signals could significantly impact this market. Any news regarding player form, team strategies, or unexpected roster changes for either FURIA Esports or RED Canids could shift predictions. In-game performance during the series itself – such as dominant wins or surprising upsets in early games – will undoubtedly influence trading activity. Furthermore, broader trends in the CBLOL, or even the overall competitive League of Legends landscape, could also contribute to price movements. A strong performance by a key player on either team could cause a significant shift in the odds.
