Description

This market refers to the LoL match between FALKE Esports and Movistar KOI Fénix in the LES Regular Season, initially scheduled for April 16 at 2:00PM ET. This market will resolve to "FALKE Esports" if FALKE Esports win the match against Movistar KOI Fénix. This market will resolve to "Movistar KOI Fénix" if Movistar KOI Fénix win the match against FALKE Esports. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

Both Polymarket and Kalshi resolve based on the match outcome between FALKE Esports and Movistar KOI Fénix, with identical binary resolution (one team wins or the market resolves 50-50 on cancellation/delay/forfeit), using gol.gg as the primary source with credible reporting as fallback.

Primary resolution logic:

Official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home; credible reporting including video evidence if gol.gg has not published results within 2 hours of event conclusion.

Core resolution logic:

  • The series resolves to the team that wins the best-of-3 match (first to 2 wins).
  • If the match is canceled, not played at all, ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days without a winner determined, all markets resolve 50-50.
  • If the match begins but is not completed and one team wins via opponent forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover before the series concludes, the series market resolves 50-50; however, completed individual games resolve based on their outcome.
  • Games won by forfeit, disqualification, walkover, or default count toward the series total and handicap calculations, provided the match is completed.
  • Individual game markets (Game 1/2/3 Winner, Odd/Even Kills, Dragon/Baron/Inhibitor/Penta/Quadra outcomes) resolve 50-50 if that game is never played due to series clinch, forfeit, or cancellation.
  • If a game begins but does not complete via surrender, resolution is based on the state prior to stoppage (e.g., kills counted, objectives slain).
  • Remade games resolve based on the remade game only.
  • Team name discrepancies (abbreviations, sponsor tags, minor formatting) are resolved based on the underlying real-world team identity, not exact string matching.

Edge cases & Clarifications:

  • Series Clinch Before Game 3: If one team wins 2-0, Game 3 is never played. All Game 3 markets (winner, kills, objectives) resolve 50-50. The O/U 2.5 Games resolves Under, and the Handicap resolves based on the 2-0 result.
  • Forfeit Before Series Completion: If the match begins but is not completed and one team wins via opponent forfeiture before the series concludes (e.g., 1-0 then opponent forfeits the series), the series market resolves 50-50. Completed games resolve normally.
  • Individual Game Surrender: If a game begins but ends via surrender before completion, markets for that game resolve based on the state prior to surrender (e.g., kills counted up to that point, objectives slain). If no Penta/Quadra occurred before surrender, those markets resolve No.
  • Execution vs. Champion Kill: For Odd/Even Total Kills markets, only champion-to-champion kills count. Executions (deaths to turrets, minions, or neutral monsters where no enemy champion receives kill credit) do not count.
  • Dragon Soul and Elder Dragon: For Both Teams Slay a Dragon markets, only elemental dragons (Infernal, Mountain, Ocean, Hextech, Chemtech, Cloud) count. Elder Dragon kills do not count toward this market.

Timing:

Resolution occurs upon official publication by gol.gg within 2 hours of event conclusion. If gol.gg does not publish within 2 hours, credible reporting consensus (including video evidence) is used. Series resolution is final upon completion of the clinching game.
