Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

All markets in this group have consistent resolution criteria across Polymarket and Predict, including rules for match outcomes, in-game events, cancellations, delays, forfeitures, disqualifications, walkovers, and remade games.Primary resolution logic: Official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home, with credible reporting and video evidence as a backup if the official source does not publish results within 2 hours after the event

Core resolution logic:

  • The match winner market resolves to the team that wins the match, with specific rules for cancellations, ties, delays, forfeitures, disqualifications, and walkovers
  • Game-specific markets resolve based on in-game events during Game 1, with special rules for cancellations, unplayed games, incomplete games, and remade games
  • The primary resolution source is official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home, with credible reporting and video evidence as a backup if the official source does not publish results within 2 hours after the event

Edge cases & clarifications:

  • Cancellations and Delays: If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, the match winner market resolves to 50-50. Game-specific markets resolve to 50-50 if the match is canceled, delayed beyond 7 days, or if Game 1 is never played due to forfeit, disqualification, or walkover
  • Forfeitures and Disqualifications: If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, the match winner market resolves to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), the match winner market resolves to 50-50. Game-specific markets resolve based on whether the event occurred prior to stoppage, or resolve to 50-50 if Game 1 is never played or ends before completion due to forfeit, disqualification, or walkover
  • Remade Games: If Game 1 is remade, resolution for game-specific markets will be based on the remade game only
Timing: Resolution occurs after the conclusion of the event, with official results from https://gol.gg/esports/home taking precedence, and credible reporting and video evidence used as a backup if official results are not published within 2 hours after the eventOur PredictionHero Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA) are there to help users identify potential differences across platforms. They do not replace or supersede the official rules and description of any prediction market. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable rules and resolution criteria before placing any trade or bet. If you notice a potential inconsistency, discrepancy, or error in an alert, please report it to our team so we can review and improve the accuracy of our data.
