PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

All platforms use the same core resolution logic based on official results from gol.gg/esports/home with credible reporting as a backup, and consistent handling of cancellations, ties, and unresolved games.Primary resolution logic: Official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home, with credible reporting used as a backup if results are not published within 2 hours after the event's conclusion

Core resolution logic:

  • Markets resolve to the winning team if the match is completed as scheduled or rescheduled within the September 9, 2026 deadline
  • Markets resolve to 50-50 for cancellations, ties, or unresolved games due to postponements beyond the September 9, 2026 deadline
  • Game-specific markets resolve based on completed games only, with forfeitures and walkovers handled according to platform-specific rules

Edge cases & clarifications:

  • Postponement Beyond Deadline: If the match is postponed and the most recently announced rescheduled start time is after September 9, 2026, all markets resolve to 50-50 regardless of subsequent play
  • Forfeitures and Walkovers: If a team forfeits, disqualifies, or walks over before the start, match winner markets resolve to 50-50; if during a game, the winning team wins
  • Incomplete Games: If a game is not completed (e.g., due to technical issues), game-specific markets resolve to 50-50 unless the winner is determined by forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover
Timing: Resolution occurs within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, using official results from gol.gg/esports/home or credible reporting as a backupOur PredictionHero Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA) are there to help users identify potential differences across platforms. They do not replace or supersede the official rules and description of any prediction market. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable rules and resolution criteria before placing any trade or bet. If you notice a potential inconsistency, discrepancy, or error in an alert, please report it to our team so we can review and improve the accuracy of our data.

Polymarket

This market refers to the LoL Lower bracket quarterfinal 2 match between Eintracht Spandau and Kaufland Hangry Knights in the Prime League 1st Division Playoffs, initially scheduled for August 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM ET. This market will resolve to "Eintracht Spandau" if Eintracht Spandau win the match against Kaufland Hangry Knights. This market will resolve to "Kaufland Hangry Knights" if Kaufland Hangry Knights win the match against Eintracht Spandau. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or ends in a tie, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before September 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of August 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM ET). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Kalshi

The market settles according to the official result released by the governing body. Postponements exceeding 48 hours, cancellations before play, or pre-play forfeits lead to resolution at the fair market price. If the match commences and is later forfeited, the outcome adheres to the official declaration. Kalshi explicitly notes it is unaffiliated with the governing league and does not own any related intellectual property.

Prediction market odds on this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines due to decentralized trader behavior and lower liquidity. While sportsbooks may set a static spread or moneyline based on historical data, prediction markets adjust continuously as new information emerges — such as player form or team strategy updates. This can create mispricings relative to sportsbook odds, especially in fast-moving esports events.

Key signals that could shift this market include player injuries or roster changes announced before the match, live performance trends during early games of the series, and commentary from coaches or analysts. Any unexpected developments — such as strategic adjustments or decisive moments in play — may cause rapid re-pricing as traders reassess the likelihood of each outcome.
