This market refers to the LoL match between Eintracht Spandau and E WIE EINFACH E-SPORTS in the Prime League 1st Division Regular Season, initially scheduled for July 9 at 11:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "Eintracht Spandau" if Eintracht Spandau win the match against E WIE EINFACH E-SPORTS. This market will resolve to "E WIE EINFACH E-SPORTS" if E WIE EINFACH E-SPORTS win the match against Eintracht Spandau. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and protect their margins, while prediction markets aggregate the beliefs of traders risking real capital on outcomes. This market aggregates decentralized trader conviction, which can sometimes identify value that sportsbooks miss or reflect faster-moving information. Comparing the two can reveal where consensus differs and highlight potential opportunities for informed bettors.
On Polymarket, traders set prices by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each outcome reflects the collective assessment of all active traders at any given moment. As new information surfaces—team roster changes, recent performance, or player updates—traders adjust their positions, moving prices in real time. Higher prices indicate stronger trader confidence in that outcome, while lower prices suggest skepticism or longer odds.
This market resolves around Jul 9, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result will be determined by the match itself: which team wins the best-of-one League of Legends game. Once the match concludes and the winner is officially recorded, this market will settle accordingly, paying out traders who correctly predicted the result.
Several catalysts could shift prices before resolution. Roster announcements or player substitutions for either team would likely trigger immediate repricing. Recent match results, scrim performance leaks, or coaching changes could alter trader expectations. In-game meta shifts or patch updates to League of Legends might favor one team's playstyle over the other. Social media sentiment, injury reports, or public statements from team management can also influence market sentiment. Any credible information about team form or competitive readiness typically generates trading volume and price movement.
