This market tracks whether any player will achieve a quadra kill in Game 2 of the EDward Gaming versus Team WE match in the LPL Group Ascend. The aggregated consensus probability for a quadra kill is 20.0%, with data drawn from Kalshi, Polymarket, and Predict, and resolution will be based on official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. A penta kill also has a 20.0% probability. Watch for the match on July 30 at 5:00AM ET, as this will determine the outcome.
This market refers to the LoL match between EDward Gaming and Team WE in the LPL Group Ascend, initially scheduled for July 30 at 5:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "EDward Gaming" if EDward Gaming win the match against Team WE. This market will resolve to "Team WE" if Team WE win the match against EDward Gaming. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds on this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines because they reflect crowd-sourced sentiment rather than professional handicapper adjustments. Traders on platforms like Polymarket and Predict incorporate live team news, player form, and meta shifts directly into their pricing. This can create wider or narrower spreads than sportsbooks, depending on recent volatility. The gap may also widen if one venue has deeper liquidity or more active participants.
On Polymarket and Predict, prices can diverge due to differences in user base, liquidity depth, and how each platform handles order flow. Polymarket and Predict can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. For example, one venue might attract more fans of a particular team, skewing its implied probabilities. Additionally, fee structures and market design choices — such as continuous trading versus periodic closing — influence how traders hedge and where value gets pinned. These dynamics often produce distinct pricing even for the same underlying question.
Key signals that could shift this market include last-minute roster changes, coach strategy announcements, or standout player performances in prior LPL matches. Injury updates or tournament seeding news may also sway trader sentiment. Volume spikes on either Polymarket or Predict often precede these developments, offering early hints about where the crowd is positioning itself ahead of the series.
