Description

This market refers to the LoL match between Dplus KIA Challengers and Kiwoom DRX Challengers in the LCK Challengers League Rounds 1-2, initially scheduled for April 21 at 4:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "Dplus KIA Challengers" if Dplus KIA Challengers win the match against Kiwoom DRX Challengers. This market will resolve to "Kiwoom DRX Challengers" if Kiwoom DRX Challengers win the match against Dplus KIA Challengers. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

Both Polymarket and Kalshi resolve based on the outcome of the LoL match between Dplus KIA Challengers and Kiwoom DRX Challengers in the LCK Challengers League, with consistent application of official gol.gg results as the primary source and identical handling of cancellations, forfeits, and delays beyond 7 days.

Primary resolution logic:

Official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home; if unavailable within 2 hours of event conclusion, credible reporting consensus including video evidence.

Core resolution logic:

  • Match winner markets (Game 1, Game 2, Series BO3) resolve to the team that wins the specified game(s) based on official gol.gg records.
  • If a match or game is canceled, not played at all, or delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date (April 21, 2026 at 4:00 AM ET) without play beginning, the market resolves 50-50.
  • If a match begins but is not completed due to forfeit, disqualification, or walkover before a winner is determined, the market resolves 50-50 (except for the Series BO3 market, which resolves to the team winning by forfeit/disqualification/walkover if the match is completed via that mechanism).
  • Game-specific objective markets (Baron, Dragon, Inhibitor, Quadra/Penta Kill, Odd/Even Kills) resolve based on whether the condition was met prior to game completion; if the game is not played or the series is clinched before the game occurs, the market resolves 50-50.
  • The Games Total O/U 2.5 market resolves Over if 3 or more games are played, Under if fewer than 3 games are played; forfeits and defaults count toward the total if the match is completed.
  • The Handicap market (DK.C -1.5) resolves to Dplus KIA Challengers if they win 2 or more games than Kiwoom DRX Challengers; otherwise it resolves to Kiwoom DRX Challengers.
  • Kalshi's binary market (Yes if either team wins) is logically equivalent to a tautology and will resolve Yes in all completed match scenarios, making it a trivial market.

Edge cases & Clarifications:

  • Series Clinch Before Game Completion: If a team clinches the series before Game 2 or Game 3 is played (e.g., winning 2-0 in a BO3), markets for unplayed games resolve 50-50 per both platforms' rules.
  • Game Remade: If any game is remade due to technical issues or other reasons, resolution is based solely on the remade game, not the original.
  • Forfeit During Clinching Game: If the match ends due to a forfeit in the clinching game, this counts as a completed match and resolves to the non-forfeiting team for the Series BO3 market; however, the Handicap market resolves 50-50 in this scenario per Polymarket rules.
  • Execution vs. Kill Credit: For Odd/Even Total Kills markets, only champion kills with kill credit count; executions to turrets, minions, or neutral monsters do not count.
  • Elder Dragon Exclusion: For Both Teams Slay a Dragon markets, only elemental dragons (Infernal, Mountain, Ocean, Hextech, Chemtech, Cloud) count; Elder Dragon kills do not count.

Timing:

Resolution occurs upon official publication of results on gol.gg within 2 hours of event conclusion; if gol.gg does not publish within 2 hours, resolution uses credible reporting consensus with video evidence. The scheduled event date is April 21, 2026 at 4:00 AM ET; any delay beyond 7 days without play beginning triggers 50-50 resolution.
