Description

This market refers to the LoL match between CTBC Flying Oyster and Deep Cross Gaming in the LCP Regular Season, initially scheduled for April 18 at 5:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "CTBC Flying Oyster" if CTBC Flying Oyster win the match against Deep Cross Gaming. This market will resolve to "Deep Cross Gaming" if Deep Cross Gaming win the match against CTBC Flying Oyster. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

All Polymarket and Kalshi markets share identical resolution logic: they resolve based on official gol.gg data, apply consistent 7-day delay thresholds, treat forfeits/walkovers uniformly, and resolve 50-50 for cancellations or incomplete series/games.

Primary resolution logic:

Official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home, with fallback to credible reporting and video evidence if gol.gg does not publish within 2 hours of event conclusion.

Core resolution logic:

  • Series winner markets (Game 1/2/3 Winner, BO3 Winner, Handicap, Games Total O/U 2.5) resolve based on completed games with clear winners determined.
  • In-game stat markets (Both Teams Destroy Inhibitors, Both Teams Slay Dragon, Both Teams Slay Baron, Odd/Even Total Kills, Quadra/Penta Kills, First Blood) resolve based on objective events recorded during the specific game.
  • If a game is completed with a winner determined, resolution uses that completed game's data regardless of series completion status.
  • If a game is not played due to forfeit, disqualification, walkover, or series clinch before that game, stat markets for that game resolve 50-50.
  • If a game begins but does not complete via surrender, stat markets resolve based on data recorded prior to stoppage; if the condition was not met, the market resolves to the negative outcome (No, Even, etc.).
  • If the entire match is canceled, delayed beyond 7 days without play beginning, or ends in a tie, all markets resolve 50-50.
  • Games won by forfeit, disqualification, walkover, or default count toward series totals and handicap calculations, provided the match is completed.
  • If the clinching game is forfeited, the match is considered completed and resolves accordingly.

Edge cases & Clarifications:

  • Series Clinch Before Game Completion: If a team clinches the series before Game 2 or Game 3 is played (e.g., winning Game 1 in a BO3), those unplayed games' stat markets (inhibitors, dragons, baron, kills, quadra/penta, first blood) resolve 50-50 per all platform rules.
  • Game Remake: If a game is remade, resolution is based on the remade game only. For First Blood markets, if first blood occurred prior to the remake, that result stands; otherwise, resolution is based on the remade game.
  • Incomplete Game with Surrender: If a game begins but ends via surrender before completion, stat markets resolve based on data recorded prior to stoppage. If the condition was not met (e.g., both teams did not slay a dragon), the market resolves to No or the negative outcome.
  • No Kills Recorded: If Game 1, 2, or 3 is completed but no kills are recorded, Odd/Even Total Kills markets resolve 50-50.
  • First Blood Never Occurs: If a game is completed but first blood never occurs, First Blood markets resolve 50-50.

Timing:

Resolution occurs upon official publication by gol.gg within 2 hours of event conclusion. If gol.gg does not publish within 2 hours, credible reporting and video evidence may be used. For series-level markets, resolution occurs when the series is completed (one team wins 2 games). For individual game markets, resolution occurs when that specific game concludes or the series is clinched before that game is played.
