Description

This event group covers a League of Legends match between Dplus KIA (DK) and LOS in the SOOP Cross Region Invitational 2026, scheduled for June 27, 2026 at 5:00 AM ET. Two prediction markets track the same underlying match outcome across Polymarket and Limitless platforms.

PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

Both Polymarket and Limitless markets resolve identically on match outcomes, with aligned handling of forfeits, disqualifications, and postponements, differing only in tie-break nomenclature (50-50 vs Other).Primary resolution logic: https://lol.fandom.com/wiki/2026_Cross_Regional; credible reporting with video evidence if official source unavailable within 2 hours of match conclusion

Core resolution logic:

  • Dplus KIA victory resolves to DK (Polymarket) or YES (Limitless: Dplus KIA market)
  • LOS victory resolves to LOS (Polymarket) or YES (Limitless: LOS market)
  • Forfeit, disqualification, or walkover by either team resolves in favor of the declared winner
  • Match cancellation, tie, or postponement beyond 7 days without completion resolves to 50-50 (Polymarket) or Other (Limitless)
  • Team name discrepancies (abbreviations, sponsor tags, minor spelling variations) resolve based on underlying real-world team identity, not exact string matching

Edge cases & clarifications:

  • Incomplete Match with Forfeit: If match begins but is not completed and one team wins via opponent forfeit, disqualification, or walkover, market resolves to the winning team regardless of match completion status
  • Postponement Beyond 7 Days: If match is postponed beyond 7 days from June 27, 2026 without a winner determined, Polymarket resolves 50-50; Limitless resolves Other
  • Source Delay: If LoL Fandom wiki has not published final results within 2 hours after match conclusion, resolution may use consensus of credible reporting including video evidence
  • Team Name Ambiguity: If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team or could refer to multiple teams in the same competition, market resolves 50-50 (Polymarket) or Other (Limitless)
Timing: Resolution occurs upon official match completion and publication of results on LoL Fandom wiki, or within 2 hours thereafter via credible reporting. Limitless has a hard deadline of July 27, 2026 23:59 UTC for resolution; if no official result by that time, resolves to Other. Our PredictionHero Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA) are there to help users identify potential differences across platforms. They do not replace or supersede the official rules and description of any prediction market. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable rules and resolution criteria before placing any trade or bet. If you notice a potential inconsistency, discrepancy, or error in an alert, please report it to our team so we can review and improve the accuracy of our data.

Polymarket

This market refers to the LoL match between DK and LOS in the SOOP Cross Region Invitational, initially scheduled for June 27 at 5:00 AM ET. This market will resolve to "DK" if Dplus KIA win the match against LOS. This market will resolve to "LOS" if LOS win the match against Dplus KIA. If the match is canceled, ends in a tie, or is postponed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or withdrawal, this market will resolve in favor of the opposing team. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://lol.fandom.com/wiki/2026_Cross_Regional. However, if https://lol.fandom.com/wiki/2026_Cross_Regional has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Limitless

This market refers to the match between Dplus KIA and LOS in the Cross Regional 2026, scheduled for Jun 27, 2026. This market resolves to "YES" if the team named in the title wins in the specified match. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "NO." If either team loses by forfeit, disqualification, or walkover for any reason, this market will resolve to the team declared the winner, regardless of whether the match has started or when the decision is made. If the match is not completed with an official result by July 27, 2026, 23:59 UTC, the market will resolve to "Other."

Frequently asked questions

Prediction markets like those tracked here operate on direct trader-to-trader pricing rather than sportsbook margins, often resulting in tighter odds and faster price discovery. Sportsbooks build in juice and manage liability across balanced books, whereas this market reflects pure supply and demand from participants wagering real capital. For esports matchups, prediction markets can sometimes offer sharper lines because they aggregate dispersed information from the global betting community without the overhead of traditional bookmakers.

Polymarket and Limitless can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Each platform attracts different trader demographics, liquidity pools, and fee structures, which naturally drives price variation. Polymarket may see heavier volume from one betting cohort while Limitless draws another, causing temporary divergence. Arbitrage opportunities can persist if traders lack access to both venues or if withdrawal and transfer delays make cross-platform hedging impractical. These gaps typically narrow as informed traders exploit mispricings.

Key catalysts include roster announcements, recent scrim results, patch updates affecting champion viability, and player injury or availability news. Performance in preceding regional matches will heavily influence trader sentiment, as will any meta shifts in the weeks leading up to the matchup. Live broadcast commentary and pre-game analyst consensus can also trigger sharp repricing as new information reaches the market. Monitor team social media and esports news outlets for breaking developments.
