On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders manually place bets for each possible scoreline, which sets the odds through supply and demand. The current top outcome — indicated by the highest chance percentage — reflects the aggregate view of all participants. Market depth and volume for less common scores remain visible, showing how thinly traded certain lines are. This decentralized pricing mechanism allows rapid adjustments as new information emerges about team form or injuries.
This market resolves around Aug 16, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the match result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The exact score from the official game record determines the winning bet, and all trades settle based on that verified number. No internal platform mechanisms or additional data sources are involved — the public result alone drives the final settlement of this market.
Injuries to key players, changes in coaching strategy, or shifting weather conditions could all move this market as they affect the perceived likelihood of various scorelines. Strong recent form for either team, especially in closely matched head-to-head stats, may also cause traders to reprice certain outcomes. Any unexpected developments — such as lineup announcements or tactical shifts — can lead to rapid adjustments in implied probabilities on Polymarket as bettors react to new information.
