This group of markets predicts whether individual golfers will finish in the top 10 (including ties) at the 2026 LIV Golf New York tournament. All markets share the same resolution criteria and timeline.
This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed player finishes in the top 10 at the 2026 New York Individual tournament, including ties. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If final results are not announced by August 16, 2026 at 11:59PM ET this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source will be the official results published by the LIV Golf website (https://www.livgolf.com/).
Each market resolves to 'Yes' if the specified golfer finishes in the top 10, including ties, during the 2026 LIV Golf New York tournament. If the golfer forfeits, withdraws, or does not participate, the market resolves to 'Fair Market Price' if the withdrawal occurs before teeing off, and to 'No' if after teeing off. These rules apply uniformly across all individual golfer markets, with no additional event-level conditions affecting resolution beyond the stated performance criteria and participation status.
On Polymarket, this market shows a consensus view shaped by trader sentiment rather than traditional sportsbook lines. Prediction markets often reflect real-time information flow and can price in nuanced factors like player form or weather conditions. The gap between these odds and sportsbook lines typically narrows as the event approaches, but prediction markets may stay more volatile due to their smaller, speculator-driven volume of $9,705. This difference lets traders exploit mispricings that sportsbooks might smooth out.
