Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
Polymarket and Kalshi both resolve based on the official match outcome (win, loss, or draw) after 90 minutes plus stoppage time on March 21, 2026, with identical handling of postponements and cancellations.
Primary resolution logic:
Official Premier League statistics and governing body records, with fallback to credible reporting consensus if official statistics are not published within 2 hours of match conclusion.
Core resolution logic:
Market resolves YES if Leeds United wins (Leeds market) or Brentford wins (Brentford market) or the match ends in a draw (Draw market).
Market resolves NO if the outcome does not match the specified result (e.g., Leeds market resolves NO if Brentford wins or draw occurs).
If the match is postponed, all markets remain open until the match is completed.
If the match is canceled with no make-up game, the Draw market resolves YES and the Win markets (Leeds and Brentford) resolve NO.
Resolution scope is limited to the first 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time; extra time and penalties are excluded.
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Match Postponement: If the match is postponed, all markets remain open and unresolved until the match is completed on its rescheduled date.
Match Cancellation Without Makeup: If the match is canceled entirely with no makeup game scheduled, the Draw market resolves YES and both Win markets (Leeds and Brentford) resolve NO.
Official Statistics Delay: If official Premier League statistics are not published within 2 hours after match conclusion, resolution may be based on consensus of credible reporting sources.
Timing:
Resolution occurs upon official publication of final match statistics by the Premier League or governing body, or within 2 hours after match conclusion via credible reporting consensus if official statistics are delayed.
