The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines based on statistical models and expert analysis, while this market allows anyone to trade on their beliefs, potentially leading to a more accurate assessment of probabilities. Discrepancies can arise due to differing levels of information, biases, or simply varying opinions among bettors. It's common to see this market adjust rapidly as new information becomes available, potentially outperforming traditional odds over time.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous trading mechanism where users buy and sell shares representing different possible exact scores for the first half. The price of each share directly reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the traders. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information emerges, the prices will fluctuate, providing a dynamic and real-time assessment of the likely result. The market's efficiency depends on the volume of trading and the diversity of opinions represented among the participants.
This market resolves around Sep 13, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on the official, final result of the first half's exact score in the Le Mans FC versus Racing Club de Lens match. The platform will verify the result against trusted sources to ensure accuracy and fairness. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings or adjust their positions based on the final outcome of the game.
Several factors could influence trading activity in this market. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in starting lineups, or even weather conditions could significantly impact the perceived probabilities of different outcomes. Unexpected announcements about player form or tactical changes could also cause shifts in the market. Furthermore, major events during the match itself, such as early goals or red cards, would likely lead to substantial price movements as traders react to the unfolding situation. Monitoring these signals is key to understanding potential market fluctuations.
