Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd, often differing from traditional sportsbook odds due to varying levels of information and incentives. Sportsbooks incorporate a profit margin into their odds, while this market is driven purely by traders’ beliefs about the outcome. If a significant discrepancy emerges between this market and sportsbook odds, it may indicate that the crowd perceives information differently than bookmakers, or that one venue has more active traders. It’s important to consider both when forming your own assessment of the match.
