If Latvia scores the first goal — whether in regulation time, stoppage time, or any extra periods — that market resolves to Yes. Similarly, if Cyprus scores the first goal under the same conditions, its market resolves to Yes. If neither team scores at all during the entire match, the 'No Goal' market resolves to Yes. Own goals are treated as goals for the team to which the scoring player belongs, meaning they count toward that team's 'first goal' outcome. The resolution applies strictly to the first goal scored in the match, regardless of when it occurs.
