This market will resolve to "Plex" if Plex is officially declared the winner of the fight against Fernanfloo, scheduled for July 25, 2026 at the Estadio de La Cartuja in Sevilla, Spain, as part of La Velada del Año VI. It will resolve to "Fernanfloo" if Fernanfloo is officially declared the winner. If the fight is declared a draw or technical draw, ruled a No Contest, not scored, canceled, or postponed beyond August 8, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve "50-50". If either Plex or Fernanfloo does not compete in the bout as scheduled (including withdrawal, replacement by a substitute fighter, or non-participation for any reason), this market will resolve "50-50". The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the La Velada del Año VI broadcast on Ibai Llanos's official Twitch channel; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Prediction markets and traditional sportsbooks price events differently because they operate on distinct mechanisms. Sportsbooks set odds based on their risk management and profit margins, while prediction markets derive prices from real-time trader consensus. This market aggregates thousands of individual forecasts, often reflecting broader information than a single sportsbook's line. Traders who spot discrepancies between prediction market odds and sportsbook offerings may identify value opportunities. Over time, prediction markets tend to converge toward actual outcomes, making them a useful benchmark for comparing against fixed sportsbook pricing.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that adjusts odds based on trader buy and sell activity. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Traders purchase shares representing each outcome, and the cumulative volume of trades determines the current probability. As more capital flows into one outcome, its price rises and the opposing outcome falls, creating a continuous price discovery process. This mechanism ensures liquidity and allows traders to enter or exit positions throughout the market's lifetime. The spread between bid and ask prices reflects the current market depth and volatility.
Fighter training updates, injury reports, and official weigh-in results are key catalysts that typically shift odds in boxing markets. Media coverage and expert commentary can influence trader sentiment, especially if prominent analysts release new predictions or analysis. Changes to the fight card, venue, or date may also trigger repricing. Social media momentum and community discussion around either fighter can drive volume and volatility. Closer to the event, any last-minute news—such as fighter withdrawals or rule changes—would cause sharp market movements as traders reassess their positions.
