If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and will then resolve as described above.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set odds to balance liability and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets like this one are priced by traders risking real capital on their beliefs. Prediction markets tend to incorporate dispersed information and expert opinion more efficiently over time, sometimes offering sharper or earlier signals than sportsbooks. However, sportsbooks may have tighter spreads and faster liquidity in mainstream events. Comparing both sources can reveal where consensus is strongest and where contrarian views are gaining traction.
On Polymarket, traders set prices through an automated market maker and order-book mechanism, where each outcome is represented as a tradable share. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current implied probability reflects the aggregate belief of all participants holding positions in this market. As new information surfaces—team news, pitch reports, or historical toss patterns—traders adjust their bids and offers, moving the price in real time. The market price you see is the consensus forecast of all active traders, updated continuously until the event concludes and the outcome is verified.
This market resolves around Jun 22, 2026, once the toss result from the Rwanda vs Zimbabwe women's T20 match is confirmed and verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome will reflect which team wins the coin toss as officially recorded by the tournament. Until that moment, traders can continue to buy and sell positions based on their expectations. Resolution is final once the event data is locked in, and all winning positions are settled according to the actual toss outcome.
Several factors could shift trader sentiment before resolution. Team roster announcements or injury updates might influence perceived advantage in the match, indirectly affecting toss-related speculation. Venue or weather changes could prompt traders to reassess conditions. Historical toss data or captain preferences may circulate and sway positioning. Media commentary or expert analysis about either team's recent form could trigger repositioning. As the match date approaches, final team confirmations and on-ground conditions will likely drive last-minute trading activity. Any unexpected news about tournament logistics or match scheduling could also prompt market movement.
