On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders who believe an outcome is likely, the higher the share price will rise, and vice versa. This creates a dynamic pricing system that reflects collective intelligence and adapts to new information as it becomes available. The current implied probability of a particular outcome is determined by the share price relative to $1.
This market resolves around Sep 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Kushnirenko vs. Horokh match, as reported by the governing sporting body. The platform will verify the result against publicly available data to determine the winning outcome. Traders who held shares in the correct outcome will be entitled to a payout based on the final market price at the time of resolution.
Several factors could influence the price of shares in this market. News regarding player injuries, changes in coaching strategies, or even weather conditions could all shift trader sentiment. Unexpected performance in other matches leading up to the event might also impact predictions. Any significant information that alters the perceived probability of either player winning is likely to cause movement in the market. Public opinion, as reflected in polls or expert analyses, could also play a role, though the market ultimately reflects the collective judgment of traders on Polymarket.
