Prediction market odds often differ from traditional sportsbook odds, reflecting the wisdom of the crowd and incorporating a wider range of information. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own analysis and aim to balance action on both sides, while this market allows anyone to express their view, potentially leading to more accurate probabilities. Discrepancies can arise due to differing opinions, access to information, or biases present in each system. It's common to see prediction markets move faster to incorporate new information than sportsbooks.
