Prediction market odds often differ from traditional sportsbook lines because they reflect trader sentiment rather than set odds from bookmakers. In this market, the crowd-sourced price may show sharper movements based on news, injuries, or form. Sportsbook odds are typically adjusted to guarantee a house edge, while prediction markets let participants bet directly on their beliefs, sometimes producing divergent views on favorites and underdogs.
