Frequently asked questions

Typically, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, aiming to profit regardless of the outcome. This market, however, is driven purely by the collective wisdom of traders, theoretically offering more accurate probabilities as they reflect the genuine beliefs of those with skin in the game. While sportsbooks may initially set odds based on expert analysis, this market continuously adjusts based on real-time trading activity, potentially identifying discrepancies or overlooked factors that sportsbooks haven’t fully priced in.

This market resolves around Sep 19, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome will be determined by which team—Kingstonian FC or Leatherhead FC—wins the second half of the match. The result will be based on official match statistics and records, ensuring a transparent and verifiable resolution. Traders will be able to claim their winnings or fulfill their obligations based on the final result as reported by reliable sources following the completion of the second half.

Several factors could influence trading activity and shift the odds in this market. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in player lineups, or tactical adjustments announced before or during the match could significantly impact trader sentiment. Unexpected weather conditions or even referee decisions during the game could also lead to price fluctuations. Furthermore, large-volume trades by influential traders or shifts in public opinion – perhaps reflected in social media – could all contribute to movement in this market up until resolution.
