Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply the dynamics of supply and demand within the prediction market. If there’s a significant difference, it could indicate that the crowd believes a sportsbook is mispricing the probability of a particular outcome.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome of the KHL CSKA vs. Spartak game. As more traders participate and new information becomes available, the price adjusts, providing a dynamic assessment of the event’s likelihood. The more shares bought for a particular outcome, the higher its price, and the greater the implied probability.

Resolution will be based on the official result of the KHL game between CSKA Moscow and Spartak Moscow, as reported by the KHL’s official website or other widely recognized sports news sources. The market will settle to 100% for the winning team, and 0% for the losing team, reflecting the definitive result of the match.

Several factors could influence trading activity in this market. Any news regarding player injuries, changes in team lineups, or coaching decisions could significantly shift expectations. Unexpected performance in preceding games, or even pre-game analysis from hockey experts, could also impact the odds. Major shifts in public sentiment, perhaps driven by social media discussion or expert predictions, could also cause the market to react. Ultimately, any information that alters the perceived probability of either team winning has the potential to move this market.
