This market refers to which team's player records the highest individual run total in the cricket match between Western Suburbs and Northern Suburbs scheduled for September 5 2026 at 2:30 AM ET in KFC T20 Max. The outcome corresponding to Western Suburbs will be considered correct if the highest individual score in the match is recorded exclusively by a player from Western Suburbs. The outcome corresponding to Northern Suburbs will be considered correct if the highest individual score is recorded exclusively by a player from Northern Suburbs. If the highest individual score is shared by at least one player from each team, the market will resolve to Draw. The market will resolve according to which team's player records the highest individual run total regardless of if the match is not competed (e.g. Due to weather conditions). DLS/DRS adjustments and any other on-field rulings affecting batting statistics are treated as ordinary data. If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without official batting statistics being recorded, the market will resolve Draw. If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and official statistics are available.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each player being the top batter. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that player winning, as perceived by the market. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular player, the price increases, reflecting growing confidence. Conversely, selling pressure lowers the price. This dynamic process creates a real-time assessment of probabilities based on the collective intelligence of the traders participating in this market.
This market resolves around Sep 12, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The player officially recognized as scoring the most runs in the KFC T20 Max match between Western Suburbs and Northern Suburbs will be considered the winner. Official match statistics from governing bodies will be used to determine the top batter. The resolution will be based on the officially recorded scores and any adjustments made by the relevant authorities following the completion of the match.
Several factors could influence trading activity and shift the odds in this market. Any news regarding player injuries, changes in team lineups, or weather forecasts impacting playing conditions could significantly affect the perceived probabilities. Strong performances by a player in recent matches, or expert analysis predicting a particular player’s success, could also drive increased trading volume and price movements. Unexpected announcements related to the match, such as venue changes or rule adjustments, could also create volatility and impact the market.
