This event group covers the exact final score of a UEFA Champions League match between KF Víkingur and MH Hapoel Be'er Sheva scheduled for July 21, 2026. Polymarket offers 18 discrete exact-score outcomes plus an 'Any Other Score' catch-all, while Kalshi provides four over/under total goals markets (1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5). Both resolve based on the official 90-minute regulation result.
In the upcoming UEFA Champions League game between KF Víkingur and MH Hapoel Be'er Sheva, scheduled for July 21, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the KF Víkingur vs. MH Hapoel Be'er Sheva match originally scheduled for July 21, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.
Resolution is based on the total number of goals scored by both teams combined during the 90 minutes plus stoppage time of the Vikingur Reykjavik vs Be'er Sheva Champions League soccer match scheduled for July 21, 2026. Extra time and penalty kicks do not count toward this market. Each outcome resolves to Yes if the total goals exceed the specified threshold: over 1.5 goals, over 2.5 goals, over 3.5 goals, or over 4.5 goals. For example, if 3 total goals are scored, the over 1.5 and over 2.5 outcomes resolve to Yes, while the over 3.5 and over 4.5 outcomes resolve to No.
Prediction markets like those tracked here operate on peer-to-peer pricing: traders themselves set odds by buying and selling shares, rather than a sportsbook setting a fixed line. This crowd-sourced mechanism often reflects real-time information faster than traditional sportsbooks update their lines. Prediction market odds tend to be more efficient at incorporating late-breaking news—injuries, lineup changes, or weather—because traders have direct financial incentive to price in new data immediately.
Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Each platform attracts different trader demographics, liquidity pools, and fee structures, which can cause temporary price gaps. Polymarket and Kalshi may also frame the underlying question slightly differently—one focusing on exact score outcomes while the other emphasizes total goals—leading to distinct risk profiles and trader interest. Additionally, regulatory constraints and user-interface design on each venue influence which outcomes attract volume, further widening spreads between platforms.
Key catalysts include team news—injuries to star players, suspensions, or surprise lineup announcements—that shift expectations around attacking or defensive capability. Recent form, head-to-head records, and any tactical adjustments disclosed before kickoff will prompt trader repositioning. Live match events such as early goals, red cards, or momentum shifts also drive rapid repricing as the game unfolds. Weather conditions and venue factors may influence scoring patterns and attract last-minute trading activity.
