On Polymarket and Predict, prices can vary because each platform attracts different user bases and has its own liquidity conditions. Polymarket and Predict can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. For example, if one venue has more traders focused on KBO baseball, its odds may reflect deeper insight or faster reactions to news. The top outcome on Polymarket might show a different chance than on Predict, creating opportunities for arbitrage or insight into where sentiment is shifting across the two platforms.
Injuries, weather delays, or pitcher changes can all shift this market as the game approaches. Key starters pulling out or unexpected lineup updates often cause rapid price swings, especially on platforms with thin liquidity. Traders also monitor betting trends on sportsbooks, as large moves there can signal upcoming shifts in trader sentiment on Polymarket and Predict before the final whistle.
