On Polymarket and Predict, prices can diverge due to differences in user bases, liquidity, and trading behavior. Polymarket and Predict can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. For instance, one platform might attract more KBO-savvy traders who adjust odds based on roster updates or weather forecasts, while the other could reflect broader, less specialized betting trends. These dynamics often create temporary mispricings that sharp traders exploit.
Injuries, weather delays, and pitcher rotations could all shift this market as the game nears. Key moments like starting lineups or last-minute bullpen changes often prompt rapid odds adjustments. Traders will also watch for betting spikes on either platform, as large orders can temporarily skew prices before consensus reasserts itself.
